By accessing or using Eatourist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eatourist is a QR menu digitalization platform that enables restaurants to create and manage multilingual digital menus accessible via QR codes. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the dashboard features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including menu text, images, and translations. By uploading content, you grant Eatourist a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and deliver that content as part of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Translations

The Service may use AI to generate menu translations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the quality or correctness of AI-generated translations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving translations before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatourist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
